Boats are docked and maintained at our original location at 45 South Riverside Dr. Our Ticketing Office and Primary Boarding location is 251 Riverside Drive. **Notice — Cruises may be require to board from our original location: 45 South Riverside Dr. Every step will be taken to provide ample notice of any changes to departure locations.
Are we handicap accessible?
Yes and No. The Beale Street Landing facility is ADA Compliant from shore to dock. Our vessels and original docking facility are not required to ADA Compliant due to their age or historical standing. However, we routinely assist handicapped guests on to our vessels.
Are the tickets mailed out?
No, tickets are held for will call at our Beale Street Landing Gift Shop: 251 South Riverside Dr, unless you print your tickets out at home.
Were do I park and how much does it cost?
You can park for free at the historical cobblestones at our original location at 45 S Riverside Drive. Approximately 3 Blocks from Beale Street Landing. You can park at the Beale Street Landing for $5.00 flat rate. Please bring the parking ticket inside the gift shop to redeem this deal. You may also park at Tom Lee Park, south of the Landing for free. There are a number of paid parking facilities throughout the Downtown Memphis area.

• Southbound lanes closed; 2-way traffic Northbound lanes of Riverside Drive from Beale Street to West Georgia Avenue from Saturday April 28th though Tuesday May 1st; Tuesday May 8th though Friday May 11th and from Monday May 21st through Wednesday May 23rd.
• Southbound and Northbound lanes of Riverside Drive from Union Avenue to West Georgia Avenue, Beale Street to Front Street to Riverside Drive, Wagner Place from Beale Street to Linden Avenue from Wednesday May 2nd through Monday May 7th; and from Saturday May 12th through Sunday May 20th; Thursday May 24th through Tuesday May 29th.
Do I need reservations?
It is advised to make reservations to be on the safe side, we happily welcome walk-ins as long as we are not at capacity. Dinner cruises require reservations to be confirmed at least two weeks in advance for all dinner cruises.
How far in advance should I make group reservations?
For groups of 15 or more we ask that you make reservations at least two weeks in advance for both Sightseeing and Dinner Cruises.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel but ALL reservations are non-refundable.
What is the dress code for the dinner cruises?
Come dressed for any occasion or event you have planned for the evening, Some guests dress casual, while others dress semi-formal to formal.
What time should I arrive for a cruise?
Please allow enough time to locate parking and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to boarding time.
Do you have group discounts?
15 or more people receive a 10% discount off all cruise’s. All Group Tickets must be purchased in a single transaction.
We cruise a 7-10 mile round trip staying in the Downtown Memphis Riverfront area. Starting to the south towards Presidents Island, turning north traveling near the Wolf River tributary, then set final heading South returning to dock.
Do you accept “Tax Exempt” certificates?
Yes we welcome tax exempt customers. All tax exempt certificates must be received prior to purchasing tickets or making reservations, or tax will be charged.
Do you have overnight excursions?
No, overnight excursion are not available.
Do you have enclosed decks?
Yes, our vessels have both closed and open air decks. Meals are only served in the closed decks, you may take your meal to open decks if you desire.
Do you sail if it rains?
Yes. We only cancel due to high winds, severe lightning storms, or if the Captain deems it is unsafe to sail.
Do you have life jackets?
Yes. Our vessels are U.S. Coast Guard Inspected and are required to have Personal Floatation Devices or PFD’s (life jackets) on board. PFD’s will only be distributed in case of emergency.
How much do the pictures cost?
Souvenir photos are only $10.00.
Will I get motion sickness?
Most likely not. However, if you are prone to motion sickness, please bring medication with you. We DO NOT sell motion sickness medication.
