Accessibility
Our Christmas Dinner Cruises operate on two different boats with different layouts. If anyone in your party requires handicap accessibility, please call us at 901-527-2628 before booking so we can recommend the appropriate vessel based on availability. You must also select handicap seating during the reservation process to ensure accommodations. If the accessible boat is unavailable, the handicap seating option may not appear during booking.
Parking & Boarding Information
Guests may park on the cobblestones at the boarding location; however, please note this is a historic landmark with uneven terrain and docking anchors. If you choose to park there, leave the top of the cobblestones clear, as it serves as a fire lane. There is no on-site security, and we are not responsible for damage to vehicles parked or driven on the cobblestones.
The closest parking is located across the street from 119 N. Riverside Drive, Memphis, TN 38103. GPS will direct you to the Tennessee Welcome Center, but please do not park there. Instead, use the fenced paid parking lot directly across the street, marked with a “Riverboat Parking” sign. Payment is made through the parking app using the instructions posted throughout the lot.
From the parking lot, walk south along the sidewalk toward the river. You will pass River Garden Park before reaching the boarding ramp at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Monroe Avenue. The walk is approximately 8–10 minutes.
Guests needing assistance due to a disability or limited mobility are encouraged to be dropped off at the boarding location before the driver parks. Vehicles may briefly drive down the cobblestones for passenger drop-off only. Please do not block the boarding walkway.
The white gate at the silver gangway ramp opens at boarding time. Due to the ongoing City of Memphis riverfront redevelopment project, this alternate boarding location will remain in use during construction. Depending on river levels, the walk down to the boats may be longer. We are unable to provide transportation up or down the hill, so guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to bring wheelchairs, walkers, canes, or other mobility devices if needed.
Dress Code
There is no dress code, though most guests choose business casual to semi-formal attire for this special holiday event.
Group Reservations
We do not offer group discounts. If members of your group are purchasing tickets separately, each reservation should include the same group name in the checkout field labeled, “Would you like to sit with another group or party?” Please also verify everyone selects the same boat. Reservations that do not specify the same party name cannot be guaranteed seating together.
Birthday Celebrations
Guests celebrating a birthday are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes aboard. Please do not bring candles or sparklers. Outside decorations, including balloons, are not permitted. Guests bringing desserts should also bring any necessary plates and serving utensils.
Christmas Dinner Cruises typically sell out well in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your seats.
